I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning hotel located directly on the beach. The location is very good. The hotel itself is impressively clean and boasts modern, stylish decor that adds to the overall ambiance. Everything feels fresh and well-maintained, making it a delightful place to unwind. What stands out the most, though, is the impeccable service. The staff are genuinely friendly and always ready to assist. I had the pleasure of interacting with the manager, Hakim, and his colleague, Sofiane, who went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable. Their attentiveness and willingness to help with any request made a significant difference, making me feel valued as a guest. Furthermore, the hotel's location is a fantastic advantage, as it is conveniently situated near some of the best beach clubs and restaurants in the area. I had the opportunity to explore several delicious dining options and vibrant beach clubs within a short walk, which added to the overall experience. In summary, this hotel is a gem on Palm Jumeirah, offering not only a perfect location but also exceptional service and cleanliness. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable vacation.

The BEST hotel ever! Prime location in Dubai on the beachfront and the views from the hotel are amazing. The hotel is exceptionally clean and the service was amazing, every single member of staff is friendly, kind and attentive and made our stay even better. I would recommend anyone to stay here, you will not be disappointed. Usman who works round the pool made our stay enjoyable and provided exceptional service, I wish I could name and credit every single staff member at this hotel as they are truly amazing. I will definitely return. This will be the only place I stay in Dubai from now on!

Surprised by all the negative Google reviews because we had an AMAZING experience. We received a superb sea view room, it was cleaned and maintained every day, I was even messaged to ask if I would like my room cleaned after accidentally putting a DND sign on the door! All facilities worked, more than enough space, water replenished daily, access to the beach. It was not as noisy as others made it seem. Staff were accommodating and friendly. For the price paid, it was worth it! There is also an amazing Mexican restaurant that had great drinks downstairs.

The property is beautifully decorated with tasteful modern decor. It is kept SPOTLESS. They are constantly cleaning at all times. The staff are incredibly helpful, discreet and polite. The location on the Palm is perfect as it is towards the exit of the Palm and therefore a short drive from the Marina/Habour. The breakfast was lovely - lots or variety and the egg bar is by far the best offering. The private beach is also a fantastic offering.
