Radisson Beach Resort Palm Jumeirah

The property is beautifully decorated with tasteful modern decor. It is kept SPOTLESS. They are constantly cleaning at all times. The staff are incredibly helpful, discreet and polite. The location on the Palm is perfect as it is towards the exit of the Palm and therefore a short drive from the Marina/Habour. The breakfast was lovely - lots or variety and the egg bar is by far the best offering. The private beach is also a fantastic offering.

Surprised by all the negative Google reviews because we had an AMAZING experience. We received a superb sea view room, it was cleaned and maintained every day, I was even messaged to ask if I would like my room cleaned after accidentally putting a DND sign on the door! All facilities worked, more than enough space, water replenished daily, access to the beach. It was not as noisy as others made it seem. Staff were accommodating and friendly. For the price paid, it was worth it! There is also an amazing Mexican restaurant that had great drinks downstairs.

What stands out the most, though, is the impeccable service. The staff are genuinely friendly and always ready to assist. I had the pleasure of interacting with the manager, Hakim, and his colleague, Sofiane, who went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable. Their attentiveness and willingness to help with any request made a significant difference, making me feel valued as a guest. Furthermore, the hotel's location is a fantastic advantage, as it is conveniently situated near some of the best beach clubs and restaurants in the area. I had the opportunity to explore several delicious dining options and vibrant beach clubs within a short walk, which added to the overall experience. In summary, this hotel is a gem on Palm Jumeirah, offering not only a perfect location but also exceptional service and cleanliness. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable vacation.
